Johns, Lichtenstein, Rauschenberg, Stella, Warhol: Selections from The Maslow Collection
Marywood University Suraci Gallery, Scranton, PA
Jan 10, 2005 - Mar 04, 2005
This exhibition provides a more in-depth examination of the work by five artists who were included in last year's print exhibition in the Suraci Gallery - CONTEMPORARY PRINTS: Selections from The Maslow Collection. The work included in this exhibition by Warhol, Johns, Stella, Lichtenstein, and Rauschenberg, five of the major American artists of the late 20th Century, presents both the range of printing processes explored by these artists, as well as the varied subject matter of what is commonly referred to as Pop Art.
